We teamed up with Japan's National Tourist Organisation to encourage Sunday Times Travel Magazine readers to visit a destination where excellence comes as standard. We commissioned CGI artist Jake Denham to create a visual feast showcasing everything the island has to offer. From hot springs to seafood, miso to Michelin stars, modern cities to ancient natural wonders and everything in-between.
